Section 214 (8 U.S.C. 1184), as amended by title IV, is further amended by adding at the end the following:

A visa shall not be issued under section 101(a)(15) until the consular officer—
- 1.

has confirmed that the applicant has received, read, and understood the information and resources pamphlet required by section 202 of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 (8 U.S.C. 1375b); and
- 2.

has reviewed and made a part of the visa file the exchange visitor program sponsor disclosures required by section 3902 of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act, including whether the exchange visitor program sponsor is designated pursuant to that section.
