§ 4412 : VISA REVOCATION INFORMATION

Section 428 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 236) is amended by adding at the end the following:

j.

VISA REVOCATION INFORMATION.—If the Secretary of State or the Secretary of Homeland Security revoke a visa—

1.

the fact of the revocation shall be immediately provided to the relevant consular officers, law enforcement, and terrorist screening databases; and

2.

a notice of such revocation shall be posted to all Department of Homeland Security port inspectors and to all consular officers.
